The terms for using this website, and the key terms of The Clinic Growth Engine plans.

clinic.desverso.com is operated by Desverso LLC. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms, to Desverso's main Terms of Use and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of every agreement with us.
The Clinic Growth Engine plans
- Essentials: $799 per month plus a one-time setup of $1,500, or $7,990 per year (12 months for the price of 10) plus setup.
- Growth: $1,499 per month plus a one-time setup of $2,500, or $14,990 per year (12 months for the price of 10) plus setup.
- Premium: $2,999 per month plus a one-time setup of $3,500, or $29,990 per year (12 months for the price of 10) plus setup.
- Prices in USD. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Ad spend for Google and Meta ads is billed separately.
- The founding clinic offer waives the one-time setup fee for our first 10 clinics.
- Your signed proposal or order sets out exactly what is included for your clinic.
Cancellation
After the 3-month minimum, plans continue month-to-month. As set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, monthly services may be canceled with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle; the current cycle is non-refundable and services continue until the end of the paid period.
Live in 14 days
We guarantee that your website, booking and profiles go live within 14 days of your kickoff call, provided we have the access and material listed on our How it works page. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant mentions or patient numbers, because those are decided by third parties.
Ownership
Your website, domain, content and accounts belong to your clinic, including if you leave.
Ad spend
In Premium, ad spend for Google and Meta is paid directly by your clinic to those platforms and is not part of the plan price.
No medical advice
Content on this website is general information about our marketing services. It is not medical, legal or financial advice.
Using this website
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Desverso LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Mockups on this site use a fictional clinic for illustration only.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Desverso is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or from third-party sites linked from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
