This policy covers clinic.desverso.com, the website for The Clinic Growth Engine, a service of Desverso LLC ("Desverso", "we", "us"), 2135 112th Ave NE, Suite 201, Bellevue, WA 98004. Our main website, desverso.com, has its own privacy policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy

We collect the minimum information we need to respond to you and to prepare your Clinic Growth Plan.

Information you give us

When you request a Clinic Growth Plan, send a message or complete the Visibility Check and choose to send your result, we may collect:

• your name, work email address and phone number;
• your clinic's name, website, city and state, and specialty;
• your message, the plan you are interested in, and your Visibility Check score if you choose to send it.

Please do not include any patient information or other health information. Our forms are for business enquiries only. See our HIPAA notice.

Information collected automatically

With each form we record the page you sent it from and any campaign details in the link you followed (for example, which advert brought you here). Our server also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC), to measure visits and form submissions;
• the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation), to measure LinkedIn advertising;
• Microsoft Advertising UET (Microsoft Corporation), to measure Bing advertising;
• a chat widget (Talkivio), so you can ask us questions while you browse.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie notice. Until then, Google Analytics runs without cookies and the LinkedIn and Microsoft tags do not load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.

How we use your information

• to prepare and send your Clinic Growth Plan and answer your questions;
• to follow up about our services, which you can opt out of at any time;
• to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Form submissions are stored privately on our own server and emailed to our team at info@desverso.com. We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosing information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website (hosting, email, analytics and chat), under their own privacy terms, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@desverso.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you further rights; we will honor them.

Children

This website is for clinic owners and staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's information.

Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
