Pricing & contract
Plans are $799, $1,499 or $2,999 a month, plus a one-time setup of $1,500, $2,500 or $3,500. Our first 10 founding clinics get the setup fee waived, and annual plans include 2 months.
There’s a 3-month minimum so SEO and reviews have time to work. After that it’s month-to-month.
No. Ads management is included in Premium, but the ad spend itself is paid directly to Google and Meta, so you always control the budget.
Compliance & privacy
We set up secure, HIPAA-aware forms and tools, and we can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where patient information is involved. We never post patient information or testimonials without written consent.
You do. Your website, domain, content and accounts belong to your clinic, even if you leave.
